 For importing records into excel from the BlueCastBox, if you are doing it locally (keyboard and monitor) you can right click the records and save the records to a memory stick (the excel button only works if you have excel installed on the BlueCastBox which is something we do for one of our large clients) . Once you have saved the records to a memory stick you can import the records into excel.

 In excel open a blank workbook,

go to the “data“ tab in the top tool bar,

select “import external data”

Select “import data”

Then select your saved records file on the memory stick

Then the import window opens,

Select “delimited”  and click next

Select “semi-colon delimited” and click finish

 You will now have the records imported into a workbook and they can be sorted, filtered, charted etc.
