BlueCastBox not updating
BlueCastBox not updating :
The BlueCastBox system is not a real time system, you must wait at least 15 minutes for a campaign/zone update to begin broadcasting !
Please keep in mind that simply creating a campaign does not update the BlueCastBox, you must assign the BlueCastBox to a zone and you must assign a campaign to the zone and click "update zone" then wait at least 15 minutes for the BlueCastBox to update.
Many times the failure to update is due to your provider blocking ports, if you believe that you have correctly updated your BlueCastBox campaign and zone via the control panel and the BlueCastBox is not updating we can effect changes on the box to help you . Please submit a support ticket with the following information :
- Your BlueCastBox 5 digit id number (found on warrantee tag)
- The name of your internet provider
- The make and model of your router
