Cannot Connect Network Issue
If your BlueCastBox does not connect to the internet or the server control panel here are some some troubleshooting tips:
PLEASE NOTE : OUR SYSTEMS DO NOT WORK IN REAL TIME ! YOU MUST WAIT AT LEAST 15 MIN FOR UPDATES TO ARRIVE AT YOUR BOX!
Tips
- Your BlueCastBox must be connected directly to the router, not to a pc or computer that has internet connectivety
- Your router must provide DHCP addressing (most routers provide this by default)
- ProxiBlaster uses the following Ports 25,110,80,443
- You can set the BlueCastBox as DMZ if your router is blocking your BlueCastBox
- Your BlueCastBox can work behind a firewall but will need port forwarding or UPnP settings changed in the firewall
- Your BlueCastBox can work behind a proxy server but will require special settings
- BlueCastBox id number (5 digit id number found on the warrantee tag)
- the make and model of the router or firewall you are using
