 Setting the radio name means that you are changing the name that some devices will display upon contact from your BlueCastBox. This can be a very effective tool in getting your advertisement to be accepted . Keep in mind not all phones will display the broadcasters name but many do.

1.  Setting the radio broadcast name
   • Click the "Set Radio Name" button in the top toolbar to open the radio name window
     
   • Select the node you wish to update using the pulldown menu in the window
     
   • Type the new radio name in the radio name box
     
   • Click the "Set" button and wait 15 -20 minutes for the update to begin broadcasting
     

 Warning : Do not use special characters, underscores, hyphens or spaces in your radio name , many phones cannot understand these characters and either will ignore the message or at worst it can cause a phone to reboot.
